We kindly ask that you turn off any items such as as cell phones or pagers. Please respect our non-smoking environment. For safety reasons, guests not receiving services and children under the age of six are not permitted in any service areas.
Students are supervised by licensed instructors while performing all services. Services are offered to women, men and children age 6 and older. An adult who is not receiving a service must accompany each child under the age of 12.
Our guest care team invites to explore the selection of Aveda hair, skin & body, makeup, purefume and air care products in our retail area. Let us guide you through your selection process.

We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us a minimum of a 24 hour notice if you must cancel your appointment. If the 24 hour notice* is not given we reserve the right to withhold booking of any future appointments, whether it be for an individual or for a group. This will allow us the opportunity to better serve our students in fulfilling their education service requirements. Thank you for your continued support. *except in the event of an emergency
We understand that it is not always possible for our guests to reserve appointments in advance. So to better serve you, we are now offering limited same day services which will allow you the flexibility to reserve and experience a service the same day.
Tips are not expected or accepted. If you wish, in lieu of tips, you may donate to our student education fund and ongoing efforts to raise money for grass roots organizations.
