Career Placement

Cincinnati and Indianapolis placement rates far exceed the NACCAS (National Accrediting Commission of Cosmetology Arts and Sciences) requirements. (see below) This is accomplished by guiding and assisting students to achieve their career goals. As an Aveda Fredric's Institute student you will benefit from:

  • Two Career Fairs are hosted each year where AFI students can network with top Salon Spa representatives.

  • Instruction in resume creation

  • Professional Development Class - Taught by co-owner of Aveda Fredric's Institute, Julie Holzberger.

  • Business Class – Taught by founder and CEO of Aveda Fredric's Institute, Frederic Holzberger.

  • Personal assistance with connecting to the National and International network of Aveda Salons and Spas.

  • Career Boards are continually up-dated with professional opportunities. Postings can be viewed at each AFI location and on www.avedafredricsinstitute.com

  • Salon Spa guest speakers are regularly scheduled to introduce students to career opportunities and inspire students with personal success stories.

  • Aveda Fredric's Institute maintains communication with top salon spa owners and managers for the purpose keeping students aware of employment expectations in the current salon spa environments.

  • One-on-one attention is available to personalize each students professional plan of action for career placement.
